The Busiest Place in Osaka? Exploring Dotonbori, Japan

  • Share this:

Exploring Dotonbori, the mot famous area of Osaka with the Glico running man sign, lots of shops, restaurants and bright lights! I couldn't believe how busy it was, and how many people were there in the evening.

Before we went to Osaka, all I knew about the city was the famous scene of Dotonbori, and the canal with all the bright lights and signs. The atmosphere is amazing - bustling with people, lights and so much going on. Osaka's known as the kitchen of Japan, and there are so many places to eat. We had gyoza at a fantastic izakaya, went on the ferris wheel on Don Quixote and explored the canal area.
